7. Program Enrollment and Participation

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SHAREVENTURES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the success of connections or outcomes of user interactions

We do not guarantee that investment opportunities will be successful, that funding will be obtained, or that connections will lead to beneficial outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHAREVENTURES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SHAREVENTURES' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHAREVENTURES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShareVentures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your content or information posted on the platform
• Your interaction with other users
• Your violation of any laws or regulations

13. Account Termination

ShareVentures may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized access to the platform
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Inactivity or non-compliance with platform requirements

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. We may retain your information as permitted by law.
